It's crystal clear that musk wants the free tier of twitter to become equivalent to a trial: something you use to determine whether or not the platform is for you, but that you either convert to a paying account or go away and stop draining compute and bandwidth. He does not want non-paying users to stick around. 20 tweets per day fits perfectly within that framework.

But seriously, imagine studying this poo poo through school for years, working in the field, and building yourself up to working at a big old company.
