Lol that the 4 bedroom house we live in was median in the USA 23 years ago. Looks like in NZ house floor area has been declining since 2013, I'd guess because of how insane prices are here nobody can afford anything larger which is resulting in densification (at least in the cities). To get square feet from square meters multiply by about 11.

"Doubled" the value of the house. This is the fancy mailbox they built to replace the normal one. It fell apart after a few months because it was literally only held in place by some staples. All vibes no substance.
