It can only return information that it's been fed and it isn't actually making any decisions or deliberating morality itself. Even the limits against what it can say are easily bypassed and plenty of people have been able to get ChatGPT to write screeds about how we should genocide various groups, how rape and torture are good actually, and that Qanon is real and you should trust the plan
