Adams has at least some reach, since he's got a newspaper comic strip (although much fewer now that some of them have dropped him after that racist outburst). I know nobody really reads newspapers these days but he definitely has put in poo poo about a black employee identifying as a white man to pull one over on those idiots in HR as well as plenty of "Men are like this and women are like this." It's still a well known strip and he's been doing his best to put in as much culture war bullshit as he can. As far as how much reach his full mask off streams have, no idea.
