I expect it to be an airbnb within three months.

That depends on your income / cash on hand numbers that you put in

it also thinks that spending 50% of your gross on your mortgage is "affordable"

'Unicorn' one-bedroom apartment across from Central Park lists for $599,000 - but there's just one catch ... it has no windows!

A New York apartment located opposite Central Park has become one of the biggest steals in the Big Apple after hitting the market for $599,000 - but the new owners will have to forgo windows if they want to snap it up.

Dubbed a 'unicorn' apartment, the 500-square-foot property is situated in the heart of the city, surrounded by some of the most expensive homes money can buy.

Still looking at cheap houses in Nowhere, USA.

I enjoyed the escalating red flags with this listing:

https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/214-S-Lincoln-St-Arlington-KS-67514/77268758_zpid/

quote:

Turn of the century, cottage style home, located in Arlington. This home offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, plenty of charm and a step back to an earlier time. Seller had a new electrical service ran to the home in 2021. This is currently hardwired to the CH/A and can easily be wired to house per seller. Bonus room located in unfinished loft above kitchen and bath. Double lot offers a single garage and a 12x20 concrete pad. Cistern is present but not in use at this time. There is a hand-dug, wide brick and stone-lined well right outside the house, perfect for irrigation of yard or garden. Home is selling in its current condition, although seller will treat for termites if deemed necessary. Perfect investor opportunity as well.
