Happy with Buffalo's trade for Greenway. A couple years removed from being a really valuable player for MIN, but he has connections to Granato, Thompson, and Tuch. If there's a group that can get him back to form, Buffalo is as good a bet as any.

I have my issues with Brian MacLellan but I thought he had a pretty good deadline. He realized that best case they were first round fodder and sold most of his valuable assets. I'm also pretty high on Sandin being an immediate top 4 defenseman unlike what he was allowed to do in Toronto. But unless they do something big to get a top 6 forward this offseason it's tough to imagine Washington being anywhere but on the bubble again next year. Kuznetsov is garbage and Backstrom/Oshie are old. If they are really going to retool on the fly then they have to upgrade on some of those old dudes.
