i only really play those games single player and i modded them with all the ACE and RHS stuff and then i realised that unless you sitdown and fully script all the tanks and poo poo, the AI is absolutely brain dead. The tanks I gave a waypoint to proceeded to turn their turrets 180 and drive backwards into battle. Maybe they just harvested combat tactics from war thunder. All these years and the out of box AI is still trash. All the better mission creators are scripting everything.

Keep in mind a good 60% of those russian shells are empty casings, buckets filled with cement, spare pipes, branches, and a couple especially large acorns. They only become dangerous because the orruks think they're dangerous
