Governor Walz just signed an executive order that essentially makes Minnesota a trans refugee state. No extraditions, no subpoenas, no use of Minnesota law enforcement resources to enforce anti-trans laws in other states. I can only hope that this makes Branco collapse in on himself in some sort of hate-singularity.

Surprisingly Branco rarely does comics about Washington state.
