Yeah, I was mixing my quotes - it's the first guy with the antipersonnel mine who exposes the primer? blasting cap?- and says "you have to not push this part in" and then taps it with the metal tool he's been using to disassemble it. Maybe he knows something I don't like the metal case around said primer or whatever is pretty inert and you have to drive the nail into the center portion hard to do anything, but my OSHA senses were tingling in that one.

It's not probateable, as that meme long predates the Ukraine war by like a decade and comes directly from Russian internet users making GBS threads on Putin iirc. It's not a generalization about Russians or anything, just making fun of an objectively awful despot. That probation was a mistake by Gene possibly, we contacted him about it to try and reverse it but I don't know if he was around to undo it today. The probe reason was a little unclear so I'm not sure. The ones that we don't want are specifically the NAFO and also ones similar to the one at the bottom of the OP.
