The ones posted above look like if you take everyone elses estimated russian losses (150k ish total) and incorrectly assumed that meant 150k dead and did the quick maths guesstimating hundreds of thousands of wounded/missing/captured on top of that.

When I play WarCraft or any other RTS style game, I always move my units into bad positions, fail to diversify my unit production, neglect resource gathering, and generally get my rear end handed to me even by the computer on easy mode. Russia is worse than me at strategy and war planning. If I didn't grow up fearing Russia, I would be laughing hysterically.
