I made a shepherd's pie earlier and decided to top it with champ (Irish mashed potatoes with lots of butter, white pepper, green onions, cream and garlic salt) and OMG. Never using plain mashed potato on shepherd's pie again.

I'm having my heckles put up by my uni course It's all "Didn't you have a great teacher growing up that made you wanna be a teacher, of course you did. Write about how Teaching as a practice impacts you" And all I can say is that a lot of my schooling was mostly autodidactic, and my experience with teachers was mostly one of frustration interspersed with frequent trips to ASD specialists , and my conception of a teacher doesn't align cleanly with the presented ideals. I feel I may be disadvantaged by engaging in good faith.So I've sent an email to the tutor saying what do?

are you training to be a teacher? lol dont do it. retention rate of a great experience is 5 years. If you do go ahead. do the 80/20 program 4 years at 80% pay. 1 year completely off at 80% pay. then get another job.

i was in for about 15 years and got out. you dont miss the pay when you remember all the bullshit. You doing a full on deaf school or just deaf units in schools that wish you werent there because you bring down their naplan results

Get the letter, have the duty postponed 3 times and then have it cancelled entirely. Frankly I was looking forward to the experience (and the time off from work) and felt dissapointed to miss out.
