No pictures, but I made a big frying pan of corned beef hash. A good solid meal with 1lb of chopped corned beef, 1lb of potato diced up, 1 medium onion, 1 bell pepper, 1 jalapeno pepper, 1 tablespoon of garlic. Fry together and wolf it down (not all of it, you know, it made enough for 4 people).

It wasn't bad really, especially since it was just thrown together as a bit of a joke. I'd make it again with a little more thought put into it next time. Wife thought it was good, 4 year old devoured it because it was noodles and could do no wrong in her eyes.
