It's a fun movie. It's a little too schematic with some of the character beats but it's by the Game Night guys and they give it a lot of flair, especially with the action setpieces.

I'm very into the technical part of image and yes hollywood is full of 'vinyl just sounds warmer' people but 'vinyl' means in this case 'the most expensive brand's flagship thing' there's a reason most apps relating to film making are on iOS only for example, I own some Sony lenses. They are better than their cooke equivalent in basically every way. But they cost ~$2000 per lens instead of $24,000, and Sony is not a 'lens maker' so they are poo poo. Oh but now Sony doesn't make them anymore and they are getting 'rediscovered'. wow how did we miss how good these lenses are??

The new Dungeons and Dragons film was pretty fun. The plot's exactly what you'd expect, but the action was much better. I don't want to say it's socialist but it's not not socialist. And also there are puppets.

last minute cameo solved the mystery of why starz wasnt offering screeners for the last episode something i doubt anyone aside from me cared about hints at some interesting behind the scenes action since it implies that lizzy caplan really wanted to be in this season but was unable to for some reason and now shes deliberately trying to hype up a fourth season so she can be in that
