Usually potato pancakes.

Thai green curry with cod, using canned curry paste, with a poblano and the some incredibly mild red and green jalapeños I bough last week. Threw in whole water chestnuts, not my best idea but I was out of bamboo shoots. You’ll have to live without the photo because my iPad is up to some image format fuckery. Hope you are all ok without it. I’d hate to ruin your weekends so early.

Ah, well I did put ground beef and salsa in this one too. But the tortilla wraps you can buy here are kinda small so you can't fit too much in them.
