AEW Dynamite 4/12 MOTYC: Swerve vs. Darby Allin MOTYC: Orange Cassidy vs. Buddy Matthews HM: Nakazawa and Cutler vs. Moxley and Castagnoli HM: Toni Storm & Ruby Soho vs. Riho & Skye Blue Nak and Cutler getting murdered was great; they had some believable hope spots and managed to make me feel bad for two guys who have basically been cheating stooges for the last 2 years or so of AEW.

Match of the show for me was the Tag Title match, & you have to really give it to Bishamon, considering they weren't even a regular tag team until the 2020 Tag League they've really elevated these titles which felt tremendously tired, probably because GoD were inseparable from them. I doubted them as an interesting tag team & I was wrong. The crowd was hot throughout, the undercard was honestly real fun & House of Torture weren't even in the worst match on the show, the women got enough time to make a good impression, if I'm going to be negative on anything the Bullet Club tag was just there, but it was really all about the post-match angle anyway so that's fine. And I was a little underwhelmed by Hiromu vs Eagles but that's just because I have such high expectations for those lads.

They chopped the poo poo out of each others chests and backs. They also did some pretty gnarly moves and dives. All you need in a great wrestling contest.

I saw a Mahabali Shera match in TYOOL 2023 and I am not here to nominate it for WMOTY. I'm definitely not here to nominate it for an HM or MOTYC, but I think that is notable. I turned on an OVW all cage match show expecting some all time crap and got "mostly fine or boring."
