Blah. I had bought an OG xbox game (Taito legends) and it was scratched too badly to play. I unplugged my og xbox and put it back on the shelf. Came back to it today and tried to toothpaste fix the disc but now my xbox won't keep the time and date because the clock capacitor finally gave up. I took it apart and it had been a very small, slow leak and I got it removed and cleaned up. I probably could have bought a new one at an electronics store tomorrow, but I ordered a few of them @ 99c each plus $6 shipping. Probably cheaper than gas to get out to the electronics store and back anyway. Check your OG xboxes. I'm sure it has been discussed a dozen times but get those bad old clock caps out of your xbox and replace them asap.
