This is the one good Edge reign, and it was pretty drat good

Yeah, Edge was pretty great as champion, he had the La Familia faction (if my timeline is right) and the feud with Undertaker was pretty loving awesome.

I remember that feud was the first time I really understood how deceptively tall Edge is.

You kind of have to got with Hogan's nWo reigns in 1996 and 1997. As unsavoury as the man is - and seriously, loving gently caress the racist gently caress - those reigns were historically relevant and made big money. Booker's reigns came at a time when the company was clearly gurgling down the drain.

kind of feel like every wcw title reign after the benoit vs sid match was like "oh well who gives a gently caress then" even to the people doing it. i guess they had started to rehab it right before the sale but w/e

Yeah, I was happy when Booker won the title and thought it was one of the few good things dying days WCW did, but there's no disputing what a big deal Hogan's reign was even if, to quote many, gently caress Hulk Hogan.

Voting Trips because that mania triple threat is far better than anything from Goldberg's reign but feeling bad about it given Trips being the main reason why Goldberg's reign sucked
