Besides minecraft fairy torture, there was also someone who just casually mentioned in the Rimworld thread that among their 100s of mods were ones that turn people into hosed up body horror chimera, settlers are constantly committing suicide over it, etc. I don't remember specifics, but it was bad enough I think they got banned for what they posted.
