capital is transnational and knows no borders; far right terror springs not from America qua America but from the transnational capital class (which is largely but not exclusively headquartered in America; it stretches from Saudi Arabia to Israel to the UK etc. etc.). Twitter is now in the hands of Sacks, Musk, Calacanis, and a bunch of other members of Thiel’s fascist venture capital clique. to the extent that Twitter was a US propaganda vehicle before, it was producing propaganda on behalf of that clique, and they have now cut out the middleman, so to speak.

Also the fact the booster loving rumpuswrecked the pad in a way that hosed itself up (multiple engines were out, stuff was falling off the entire flight, etc all likely due to shooting concrete up into the structure) does not bode well for HLS, which will have to launch from the surface of the moon, an environment notorious for having dust that is hazardous to equipment/mechanisms. They should truly do a ground test launching off a surrogate surface, and do an unmanned lunar landing and liftoff test to ensure what happened last week won't happen on the moon, because I'd not be comfortable getting in that thing after what happened.
