You'll need to add baking soda or something to keep the milk from curdling, but it should be possible.

Just let it curdle. Put it in a sterilized container in the fridge and let the solids drop out and strain it. It will be semi clear orange "milk"

I keep some vanilla yogurt around for mixing fruit into and haven't been brave enough to try any citruses. Raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, obvious and tasty. Pineapple was a risk but it worked out. Banana was a loving mistake.
