I'm running on Win11 and its been fine so far with one exception, I had to go turn off "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling" in the graphics settings.

For whatever reason the built-in Windows one was disagreeing with whatever my Nvidia card was doing and my speed plummeted with that on.

YMMV so try with it on and off I guess.

https://bing.com/create works in any browser now has for awhile and gives you 100 sets of 4 fast images every day and their slow queue is pretty fast.

I really like the way it does composition and have thought a few times man I really need to bring these into SD and finish them up.

it will freak out and say your images are being held sometimes if you try names but if it's not very good at a person they allow it so try again in the future! Right now they auto hold images with the word "jesus" takes about 30 minutes for someone to okay them and if it falls off your most recent 20 I have no idea how you go look at them. They used to ban Danny DeVito you can make Bing Danny now though. and by ban I mean "we're going to review that" which you can often say nah I'm good I'll come up with another idea (Jesus does not let you do that it auto sends)

been trying to get a cybernetic wizard in Bing since the tube man and finally success but I forget why so I'm going to post them here

one of the better fails

final prompt was
Linux guru Wizard with cybernetic implants inside a rundown arcade, magical aura
fail was
obese nerd Wizard with cybernetic implants in a duster, glowing LEDs, swirling magical aura, inside a rundown arcade

every AI wants things worded a bit differently. I lean into Stable Diffusion prompting even with Bing it does fine with comma separated ideas but I think like concepts need to be in the same comma separated chunk from my playing around. Stable Diffusion really like it when you separate things out often giving a better image.

I developed my prompt over 9 batches of 4 images. e: forgot to subtract the wacky inflatable tube man ones thought that seemed high!

MJ is a bit ahead of the curve (in output image quality, not toolset) right now, Bing is about on par with MJv4 which came out in November. MJv5 came out in March - here's the same prompt in MJv5

oh do they really only give you 15 fast credits a day to start? I've been getting topped to 100 like constantly since a week in. Slow really isn't bad at least it wasn't awhile ago no idea what it is now. If you keep using it they do shower you in credits though.

with Automatic 1111 you click the lora button and it shows you every lora in your lora folder you then click the lora and it slaps it into the positive prompt with a weight of 1.0 and you can adjust that very easily.

You can somehow setup cover images for your lora too mine all say no preview image.

Tagichatn posted:

For preview images, you rename your desired image as "loraname.preview.png" making sure that the lora name is exactly the same minus the filetype. There's also a civitai extension that will do that for you provided the lora is hosted there.
It just needs to be "loraname.png" but it does need to be a PNG file. Also if you click a generated result in the preview window, clicking "set preview image" or whatever in the LORA/textual inversion etc browser will set that picture as the preview image.

You can throw anything you want into an upscaler and get 4k, 8k whatever.

There's a new fancy method someone posted that I haven't played with to upscale using stable diffusion and hallucinate more details. I haven't played with that yet.

anyway I'm still playing with Bing today

e: here's a hosted quick and dirty upscaler if you just need the res, not positive what it's using but my test images came out fine enough for a generic upscale.

Disco all night long!

What started as the project to just make a little shitpost book for my friend turned into something a lot bigger.
My friend, Cody, he hosted a bunch of documentaries so there's a ton of training data on him. He told me I could do whatever with it for AI stuff so that was sorta my experimental base for a lot of things.
His birthday is next month. So the original plan was, I downloaded about 1000 erotic fanfics from ao3 and I use NER to replace all the names in it with "Cody", then I train GPT-Neo on that to make an AI that just generates erotic Cody fanfiction. I told him about that plan, he thought it was funny as gently caress, it was gonna be like maybe 50 pages.

What it turned into was a 200 page book called SKS Cody (after the token I used for his dreambooth model) that I had professionally printed, hardcover

All the images were just made with SD then upscaled with the Ultimate SD Upscaler which works really well.
For the text, it's 3 different parts. The first part, "Cody Genesis" is just a story about a new AI that takes over the world that was generated with ChatGPT. The second part, "Erotica" was the output of the ao3 erotic fanfic model (not all of it's output was porn fanfic stuff, a lot of it was just funny.) And the third part, "Cult of Cody" was made by taking the Daoist classics, replacing the words "Confucius, Dao, Zhuangzi, Laozi, Liezi, teacher, master, virtue" with "Cody" and training GPT-Neo on that.

Cody Genesis

The Erotica (somewhat NSFW, but just the text and just a little)
