I mean, I’m a Levis fan and I guess he could go #1 but isn’t it much more likely that if Vegas gets an insider tip that Young is definitely the pick that they would lower the odds to get money (which will certainly be lost) placed on the guy who definitely isn’t going #1

The reason they converge to similar odds is that they don’t make money by “betting” for or against an outcome, they make money by balancing the bets so the losers money pays off the winners and the house keeps the vig. The more money that gets bet the more the house wins but most importantly they win no matter the outcome.

If nothing else Richardson is going to be a top 2 or 3 running qb the second he steps on the field, as long as you let(make?) him do that there's at least a floor to how ineffective he can be that I'm not sure is there with Levis

I thought positional value was a stupid argument BEFORE guard play cost my team a super bowl. I've yet to hear one of these nerds explain away how, If you can get good players at the position in the middle rounds reliably, every team doesn't have good players at the position.
