That sucks, from what little I'd seen of her she seemed pretty cool. I wonder if they'll ever reflect on the massive amount of knee injuries that come out of NXT and think about changing their training style.* *I don't actually wonder this. I know they won't.

In this case it probably isn't the training as much as the acrobatic stuff they are having poorly trained wrestlers do. Like, the gifs of the women in NXT doing all sorts of high spots kind of clunkily all scream knee injury, people were saying this when they started getting a lot of hype, and it happened quickly.

If they want to avoid prejudice, they should put a title card with the writer before each new storyline, like cartoons. We come back from a snickers ad and see “Presenting: the Gulak Archipelago.” The best part is we’ll get a ton of these, with Vince tearing up the script every other week.

From my understanding it's because the performance center doesn't tailor their workouts and training to individuals, it's all the same thing for everyone, and that same thing is endless amounts of drills drills drills over and over again, the kind of training and working out that puts heavy strain on your body. Honestly it's a miracle they don't even more injuries than they already do.
