MS Paint Masterpieces 512  513  514  Disgruntedferret does a lot more dynamic panel composition than most sprite comics, and remakes a ton of character sprites from scratch. He also likes deep cuts. For instance, here's voltman from the megaman dos game  The box bot and scientist is a cameo from Andrusi's Mega Geable, one of the better fancomics. my little bro used to spend a lot of time editing sprites pixel by pixel to make comics like the early sprite comics of yore. i at least enjoy looking at the sprites in the comic for the nostalgia.

We’re a little more than 150 comics in, about 2/3 of the way through. It was weekly and went from 2002-2008, with a small revival in 2012. The most recent page posted was from ‘05

Hey if you have some time today, could you come to my thread for Boots and tell me your opinion of the art? I'm doing a re-design of all the characters, and I want it to feel fresher while being easier to draw. I want to go for consistency this time, so I'm getting opinions on what my strengths / weaknesses are. I used to be one of the admins on BnG's forums. The space lion folks that got wiped out in the flashback were from my old comic.

I love how the stone men are frozen in the most fabulous poses possible. e: okay, another thought, and probably a really stupid one but I'd be fascinated to see what other people think. Firstly, the demonic dutch tulip swindle comic has possibly the best art in the thread atm, somehow crisp yet crawling with detail. It's incredible. But: The birds' faces really bug me. Corvids are so expressive already, you don't need to give them a jagged beak and huge eyebrows and cheeks to get their emotions across!! Question is, does it work beautifully for absolutely everyone else (and it's just me being weird cos I spend half my free time staring down a lens at various birbs??)
