White and grey furniture are in style these days for some reason, as a fan of brown woodgrain patterns it's hard to find stuff that isn't vintage sometimes

I liked the white onesies. A batch of those with blowout stains can get bleached then go back in the laundry rotation. I never really felt like I've gotten poop out of a garment tho. No matter what combination of water and shout and vinegar or whatever there's always a yellow stain that just kinda fades and spreads out.

Yeah, gotta wash the clothes before you wash the baby if you want any chance. I'm making peace, she will grow out of this size before company comes to see her. My weapons of choice are Scotch scrubby sponge and tiny spray bottle of Shout.

when you have a baby you just keep a bucket full of water and oxyclean in the bathroom and whenever the baby has an event you just throw their clothes in the bucket and then you have hours to wash it and the stain will still come out

What we do is, we let the clothes become progressively more stained until he grows out of them (about 2 weeks)

She also does baby-talk once in a while and I keep saying things like "Really? Tell me more darling" and she keeps on doing her noises. And I realized that now I also have to think of a good Mother's Day gift, just some small thing since my wife said she's okay with not celebrating it.

We started potty training our daughter 2 weeks ago, and here's where we're at: Pee: mastered within a day,.still going strong, couldn't be prouder. She's knows when to stop and go, even when we're out somewhere Poop: not even once lol, still proud but frustrating

Didn't mention mother's day, as it's a hallmark holiday and my wife would hate any celebration. I might have trolled her with something if either of us had the energy to deal with it, but yeah, between the baby getting a fever from teeth and me being super sick, not happening. I did technically give her some flower seeds as part of gardening though.

Probably much too late to do that. Also painted a little sign for her desk referencing a garbage reality show idiot we enjoy that says "Everything I do, I do for my daughter." Next weekend is also our anniversary and we're spending the weekend at a cabin in the woods anyway and I'll make pancakes and mimosas and poo poo on Sunday morning. She was pretty clear she wanted brunchy stuff to be her mother's day thing.

There are a few mechanics differences that would probably not be noticeable outside of some fiddly contraptions you build working in one version and not the other
