I did not played it long, haha. I have played similar games that had a strong RPG feel, and this one feels somewhat ... Capitalist?, is kind of a lot of the game kinda oriented to generate money. Cut a tree, get some coins. Also, playing Zelda TOK at the moment.

The only thing you can't idle forever is combat which stops if you run out of hp or a craft that uses consumable resources (obviously). Combat hp can be countered with food which is automatically eaten when you fall under 50% hp.

Yeah, I’m just asking in comparison to something like Amaranthine, which has a 30 min AFK timer where if you don’t click on the pop up you just stop all your actions. Figured idle checks were a stalwart of the genre.

I'm chugging along in Ironwood, got mostly perfect iron gear, feel like I have a grasp on balancing the skills so they all go up generally at once. The thing I'm not clear on is what I'm supposed to be doing to actually make money -- combat feels like it does not reward much gold at all and selling equipment also seems pretty paltry, given the costs of leveling everything and being able to build stuff in my house. Any tips? I'm around 10-20 in most skills but 20-30 in the main gathering ones.

I made a couple hundred thousand grinding out the last levels to push into 25+ smithing off chestplates so money seems to go up pretty heavily as you progress. For combat in the 25-40range it's not unusual to come back to 50-100k+ from letting it run for the afternoon which is enough to help with the house upgrades. Followup question about those: those activities mention a monster could show up. I've idled only to come back stopped trying to do the woodcutting one. Is it a fight and if so does it not use food to heal?

So i need to re-review suggestions for silly skills you guys gave some time.back, but i'm starting in on adding some, so far there is Car Violence and planning Bees or something like that . Also might experiment with unity's physics and try for a Pinball skill? No promises on that one tho.

Just a joke tutorial with no leading text completely intuitive, hopefully.
