A traditional hangover cure seems more like "for strong stomach" then "for people with strong stomach" Probably the freshest streetfood.Not for me. And I would eat that egg burger. Though simplifying it to make cooking one portion efficient, it looks more like an omelette with ground meat filling.

Apparently this is pretty hard to find even in Thailand, a Japanese Youtuber I follow went and caught some tiny shrimp to make his own at home. But at least he admits it’s revolting, unlike Mark Wiens, who will go on about how you can really taste the lemongrass and turmeric in this pig rectum and cockroach soup. Mike Chen/Strictly Dumpling is also good, even though he veers off into “awesome sauce!” territory a little too often.
