The announcers got increasingly annoyed with this gimmick, Corey Graves held out the longest but eventually got sick of it as well. Eva Marie on the other hand had a gimmick where she would be announced for a match and then her tron would give an excuse for why she wasn't there. The announcers would go oh y'know, traffic really is terrible at 8:30 at night I hope she's okay. In the midst of this gimmick there was a segment where Sami demanded a trade to SmackDown because Mick Foley wouldn't let him wrestle Braun Strowman and Foley traded him for Eva Marie, and Sami was furious and said, I quote, I'm worth a thousand Eva Maries. And I know what you're thinking, but here's the twist. I'm not loving with you and all of that actually happened.
