those codes usually let you redeem them on the store of your choice, so if you go with iTunes you can download or stream it. not sure what the downloading situation is with other platforms.

Was it ever really cancelled? I think it just wasn't renewed because of the Hulu thing, not because the suits didn't want more of it. If that deal ever runs out, it's always possible another season happens. Not like we would notice a difference from how long it usually takes to get a new season.
