What is the state of the Russian National Guard, morale, training, manpower, and equipment wise? Are they like rejects and guys who are dodging fighting in Ukraine? Under armed, under trained, reserves? A hardened core just for keeping Putin in power? Assuming Wagner is moving a significant potion of their forces into Rostov, can they reasonably react quickly or are they going to take days/weeks to concentrate strength?

Yes Under manner? Yes Hardcore? In Putin's private guard yes Rostov? It's a mix of BTRs and BMPs with assorted dismounts. I mean they took like a week to barely push the RDK out of belgorod..so they suck. Especially versus Wagner. Who while are baddies, are Russia's crack troops at this point.

Rosvgardia is supposed to be Putin's Praetorian guard, so if they fall we are looking at quite the shitshow Supposedly they are better equipped and trained then most of the actual army, so  s brewing if they end up like the VEE DEE VEE
