it seems that tweets flagged as NSFW, or from accounts marked as NSFW in general (regardless of the content of the tweet) won't embed anymore not sure if that's a forums thing or a change on twitters end

I think if the video is in a quote tweet, then it will kick you to twitter, I haven't seen it happen in a regular tweet though. I've been having an issue where a video might play maybe 12 seconds, but then it just stops.
