I watched the full Everywhere at the End of Time set during covid lockdown, I started pretty late on in the evening and it lasted well into the small hours of the morning. I had a hard time sleeping and it put me in a weird headspace for a week.

I have always wanted to see a 4D monster, something that while doing something simple like walking across a room, and it changes as its moving through dimensions. To it, its normal, but to us, spherical mouths are appearing, limbs are growing and shrinking for no reason, etc. If done right, will be a total mind gently caress monster.

I'll pull up the youtube cut tying them together sometimes just for fun. But honestly, I wouldn't want a Thing sequel even from Carpenter at the height of his game, it feels perfectly self-contained as a movie. I know some version of the story continued in other media, but I haven't even bothered to look up a plot summary out of idle curiosity. I'd rather have it just end there.
