The person whom I was specifically thinking of when remembering the precedence of some liberals working with fascists was Coco Chanel. And those who readily bought Jewish property after the Nazi state seized it and refused to hand it back after the war was over. Those who took the opportunity of state-wide discrimination to capitalize. But I also freely admit, that isn't relevant to Russia's invasion of Ukraine. I certainly can't think of any major liberals being in favour of Russia (well, Musk might describe himself as a liberal, but anyone who trusts him is a Prigozhin-level fool) so I'll drop it.

I was just remembering this morning when this thing first started. Russia was piling up troops on the border claiming it was a "military exercise" and everyone was saying "we know that you are going to invade and can pretty much give the exact hour we think you will start." Then once they finally did it, they took the stance of "we had to invade because you kept telling people we would do it. Really this is your fault."

Where I live is where the first Japanese-Americans were rounded up, and the Bainbridge Island-Seattle-Tacoma businesses and houses they used to own were immediately bought up by whites and they refused to give them back, and then had laws passed making it legally theirs due to "abandonment"
