There's a lady I see all the time in my town and she has two of the most adorable little dogs I have ever seen. I think they are tibetan spaniels? They basically look like dinky little pekingese, but with a coat about half as long. Anyway, these two are siblings, there's the bigger brave boy and the shyer little girl, but they are both insanely adorable and friendly and sweet. I just met her, and the two little pups came running up to climb my leg for cuddles. The little girl was a bit shy, so the lady gave me treats to give them  It's really nice, not just because the dogs are so lovely, but their owner doesn't speak much English. When I first met her and her dogs, she was pretty uncomfortable being spoken to in English but now we communicate happily in the language of "your dog is so sweet!"

 (Norwegian forest cat, I think? But he had his fur trimmed so he's less fluffy than usual.) I'm catsitting my neighbor's cat while they're away, and earlier today he was snoozing away on the sofa. After a while he woke up, looked at me, and just started purring like mad, just happy that I was there.
