Does anyone have a good recommendation for butt lube for silicone toys? For now it’s mostly insertion and wear for a decent amount of time, but eventually the plan is thrusting and would need something good for that as well. High preference on cushioning insertion and thrust, so super slick and long lasting is best. I’ve seen coconu oil based recommended but it’s expensive so I wanted to check more on it before pulling the trigger. For anal intercourse I’d probably just use the silicone stuff I use for regular intercourse and am happy with, but definitely open to other stuff that may be better.

Pretty sure talking broadly about it isn't in the realm of shut down by FESTA/SOSTA, but I can always delete this later. I'm only somewhat familiar since a friend tried a similar thing, but you're basically building a content creator brand, just instead of youtube it's onlyfans. The main goal is to drive traffic to that onlyfans, where you make subscription money. So posting on reddit and other places with links back to the onlyfans account.

Yeah my impressions from friends are similar. Also that it has all of the obstacles involved in becoming a successful content creator, ie that things are so competitive you need a ton of free time and/or money to get established. Ie it may not actually be the best/easiest thing to do as a way to get out of a bad financial situation.

In the US, prevention of transmission has been an on-label use for valcyclovir for 20+ years. “HSV serodiscordant” gets you studies. It would be something to discuss with her doctor, but if she wants to go forward, there would be no bureaucratic resistance at all. As you say, the main advice relating to it is "don't gently caress someone with an active cold sore".
