I bought a ps5 so i could play ffxvi and i think i hurt my back carrying it home from the shop, that thing was way heavier than i expected I like the game though

I have a ps5 and for awhile the only thing I played on it for any significant amount of time was bloodborne lol. Great investment.

replaying final fanty 9 on xbox. looks like they lost the original prerendered backgrounds, they look like rear end here. music and gameplay are still great tho. vivi ftw.

Yeah they did lose the original renders unfortunately On PC the Moguri Mod does an excellent job upscaling them because a lot of it was touched up by hand

I think developers just deleted source code all the time like TV stations used to do with old Super Bowls or whatever. Cheaper than not deleting them.
