I've found the ultimate climate refuge and it's Warren, Pennsylvania. No earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, or whatever. Its location in between major waterways will protect it from wildfires. Its slopes will protect it from flash floods. It's near a very large reservoir which will provide it with fresh water and power. It's far enough from highways and population centers that it will not be swamped by climate refugees.
