Wade has the higher peak but Pierce has longevity in terms of playing a very high level. Pierce has him beat in career WS among other stats, even though I'd probably give the edge to Wade just in terms of impact. Doesn't seem like a bad comparison? I think it's fair to claim they are really close and I could see arguments either way.

Pierce does not seem mentally well. That's kind of sad. Dwyane Wade runs laps around him in terms of legacy. Pierce's best year might be Wade's 6th, Wade was a #1 on one title team and a #2 on two more while Pierce just has 08 where he incorrectly won MVP (Garnett had a higher WS, Allen had a higher GameSc).
