The thing is that Elon Musk can't be an important villain in anything because all his stuff breaks apart. He should be like, the second boss you fight at most, and that's only because he's saved by the virtue of not being the first person you meet. I was gonna say he's like a Ted Faro but he wouldn't be able to make it that far without loving things up long before that.
