It's too big and angled a screen to have the standard two wipers clear a useful amount of space. It needs a non-standard arrangement and the single huge wiper is the solution they settled on.

This also doesn't address the problem that Musk has decided that certain things, like anti-trans rhetoric, are not hate speech. A radio button selection cannot fix that. I really can't see advertisers thinking that this solves the problem.
