Yes, it's on the falling side of the all-time peak (season 8, specifically You Only Move Twice). But season 9 is still as good as some of the worse early seasons. It doesn't actually become bad until s10e5

Season 9 is good to me and 10/11 still have a lot of episodes I like. 12 and 13 maybe a handful between them.
