blocking (all of?) canada on your signup form at the cloudflare level with no explanation anywhere is definitely 100% a GW screwup. If it is just a Quebec thing and instead they blocked the entire country, that is a rediculous GW screw up. The Broadcasting Act does have language provisions though, so perhaps they're using Quebec as a shorthand for "French".

New Recruit (https://www.newrecruit.eu/) is my favourite. It and Bluescribe (https://bluewinds.github.io/bluescribe/) use the same BSData source as Battlescribe, but are web-based.

There's also Rosterizer (https://rosterizer.com/) which uses it's own data format. UI's not great at the moment but they're working on it.

Rosterizer was the first to work for 10th ed. in Yellowscribe for playing 40k in Tabletop Simulator, but I think the BSData-based ones work with that now as well to some degree.

kinda lmao at this article on warcom.

quote:

Unlike the Inquisitorial Agents, the Hand of the Archon don’t have a separate datasheet – but they’re a particularly fancy stand-in for Kabalite Warriors, and make for a very characterful retinue of semi-trusted Trueborn for your Archon.

The Drukhari are known for their duplicity, and they’d find no small joy in passing off their knives as a splinter rifle on inspection day, so feel free to use the more esoteric specialists as regular Kabalites.

"well, hand of the archon doesn't have a datasheet in 40k. sorry! the end."

Theory posting here as I haven't played my SW army even once, but look to what units your chapter can field that have the anti-monster bonus? Beyond that you're looking at characters that grant rerolls to wounds or +1 to wound. Then you have Oath of Moment of course.

What list did you bring?

Ballistus Dread and Eradicators would be a good start. Then other combos like Lieutenants in squads for Lethal Hits to auto wound. Bolter Discipline enhanced Lieutenants in a big Hellblasters squad seems to be a popular choice for a disgusting round of shooting when in devastator doctrine.

Repulsor Eradicator was my primary thing but didn't get much use between Bel'lakor's aura and getting promptly Shalaxi Hellbane'd.

A whole lot of terminators was my intended backup but between me getting just absolute dogshit charge rolls and still wounding on 5s at best was an uphill struggle.

Best performance came from, of all things, a bunch of chainsword death company plus Lemartes nearly killing Bel'lakor through Oath of the Moment chip damage.

The more I use the app, the less I like it. At least they finally added an option to automatically add Wargear when you add models to a unit, I guess.

Also, since it was my first space marine game in 10th I came to the weird realization that there are a lot of units where the sergeant model doesn't get any special wargear and thus doesn't actually do anything.

I bought one extra screamer-killer which, when added to the levithan boxed set, seems to make about a thousand points. I know absolutely nothing about Tyranids and haven't assembled anything yet, but I want to keep it on hand as a spare army for friends.

Anyway, what's the best single box/unit I could buy to diversify what I have? Still keeping it at a thousand points, but just giving the list more choices or more balanced. I feel like it currently lacks any anti-tank? Maybe a Biovore?

Lancers, thunderwolf cav, Lion, hellblasters with oaths, double gatling redemptors with oaths…

None of these are great solutions and the belakor demon kaiju list is a pretty big gatekeeper in the current meta - it can’t really compete with the true high end but it’s really good at leveraging some of the biggest design flaws in 10th edition.

No Regrets
If it's shooting anti-tank you want, get an Exocrine. Biovores are for objective-scumming by dropping mine units in the far corners of the board, not actually killing anything.

Well, they've teased the next couple of WH+ minis.

The one to the right is definitely a callback to the art from the second 3rd ed IG codex.
Not that I'm going to sub to WH+ anyway. Still not worth it.

I assume you mean the other left. The one actually on the left is holding a chalice, has the same silhouette as the blood knights, and a big old bone on the hilt ruling out longshots like bretonnians. safe bet is a vampire of some sort.

Current plan:
-print an extra pair of terminator shield/hammer arms because lightning claws are doing me no favors right now.
-print myself a bunch of power fists and inferno pistols for the death company because there's literally no reason to keep their chainswords, and hope any updates don't gently caress over my DC modelling choices yet again.

-look into las-fusil Eliminators and maybe try to find a Lancer.

It could be as simple as the left handed gun read better on the page and the right handed gun is better on an actual model - for conversions etc. I noticed the Levithan Captain is left handing his bolter.
