Not an enabler, but the one in Linus' circle who tells him to chill out, tells him he's had enough and so on, and in a way that couches it in the compliment of Linus being so successful and widely ambitious he's graduated from being just a YouTuber to being a manufacturer who needs to be held to those standards. Steve paved off-ramps to introspection and better practices for a while now (though it seems they were needed even sooner.) It's on Linus that he didn't actually take the exit though.

There's a clip from WAN show where they discuss how Dennis "traditionally" edits any naked footage because he's seen it all already, because he has previously pulled security footage from Linus' house after one of the break-in pranks. Being an editor is truly a thankless job.

It's easy to imagine this kind of attitude fosters a lads environment where at the water cooler everyone is having a laugh at Dennis having to edit his bosses dong out of video footage, then someone takes it a bit farther with someone else who's not comfortable chatting about dicks at work and suddenly they are the party pooper who's being a bitch for not joking along. Perhaps they might even be accused of creating unnecessary drama, everyone was just having a laugh, look Dennis was fine with it, why are you not on board.

LMG is a business where the husband/wife owners and lead staff are consumed by small business owner brain rot and everyone has very poorly defined job descriptions and expectations. It’s very easy to see how years of this type of crap could create an environment where people like Madison are pressured into doing poo poo they shouldn’t be expected to do (like manage a joke Onlyfans) for Greater Good of the LMG family.

Really, when they got to the point where "our video editor has devised a way to edit the video without having to see Linus' junk", the fact that the editor has had to devise such a system should have been a MASSIVE red flag internally that something was wrong with the workplace culture. "Oh, we have internal systems in place in case anyone is uncomfortable" doesn't really hold up when "this situation that shouldn't happen outside of a porn studio or TLC" keeps happening.
