Recently I had a letter sized padded envelope take a week to get from the Melbourne CBD to a South Eastern Melbourne suburb. During that time frame I had two similarly sized deliveries that both arrived before the first did despite coming from NSW+QLD and both being sent out a few days later than the first.

They probably won'y charge her until they have those because they don't have an alternative theory if those come back negative.
