If you take WWE's figures at face value, then this year's Wrestlemania outsold last year's Super Bowl by 10,000 each night, even with one of the end zones blocked off for the stage.

The stage setup takes up a ton of seats on all decks, but they also cover the entire floor with sets as well as adding risers going up to the stands, so it's not really easy to directly compare football game capacity to Wrestlemania capacity.

You’d imagine the number of seats gained by seating people on the pitch would more or less offset the number of seats lost to the staging, though. For example, Wembley’s official capacity is 90,000 but Fury vs Whyte drew 94,000. If you make the reasonable assumption they didn’t open the hospitality boxes for that, you can figure they got 6-8k onto the pitch.

In their mind, it must have made sense. He still paid the cost of 5 tickets. The receipt will show that he paid the amount of five tickets, not one ticket even if one person paid for five tickets.
