do you need to know anything at all about the other ac games also i'll buy that $200 wii u tablet if it runs any better because my 12 mini is not the best to use with the backbone. honestly for the size of the screen and how much other poo poo costs, it's not really that bad?

I read a review for the PC version and it sounded exactly like an armored core game - fun gameplay, dystopian corporate war crimes storyline, uneven difficulty, lots of customization, clocks out at 35 hours to beat. The only surprise is that the review said it ran perfectly the entire time with no frames dropped, which is crazy considering fromsoft's usual record for initial pc releases

the last AC game i played was AC4 and it sucked rear end but im willing to give the benefit of the doubt to the devs who made some of the best games of the last 12 or so years tbh.

loquacius posted:I am currently watching a Majora's Mask randomizer run, and it occurred to me: how do they get away with doing these nintendo doesn't care about romhacks unless they are materially competing with a nintendo product. so pokemon romhacks that are trying to present a credible alternative to the current release by including features from the current generation of games often get targeted with C&Ds for example, but a randomizer for a 25 year old game isn't competing directly with a nintendo product, it's just free advertising for zelda. it's sort of surprising that nintendo didn't aim their legal department at the SMW hack community when they released mario maker but maybe it was seen as too big to kill, idk.
