FuboTV has the split screen stuff, up to 8 (I think, might be 6) games and you can pick whichever ones you want.

I believe Huggins' contract got knocked down to a single year at $1 million flat after he did the homo/transphobic comments (shoulda been fired with cause of course) and they're currently fighting over whether he actually resigned or not so they may or may not have to pay even that out.

He did the things they said he did. No one defamed him. It didn’t have any impact on his career and I bet people still refer to him as a heisman winner. Great use of a courts time

Can’t wait for him to lose it again. The coverage of that team was nauseating and their loss to Texas in the national championship game was such a fitting bookend for the greatest team ever that won one championship.

BYU football if you can force them to play games on Sundays in some sports? I guess Baylor is in there. Seems like the ACC is where the gold is at if you can figure out how to get enough schools to break that grant of rights.

I don’t think the implication is that they’re going to raid teams, I think the implication is just “you’d better graciously accept whatever we offer you (in terms of playoff access, playoff revenue, etc.), because if you play hardball you’re going to get a worse outcome than that.”

Hed posted:Lol at “Pac-12ing” becoming a thing The way the system is currently set up, the Big Ten and SEC don't have any control. They'll actually have to withdraw from the NCAA entirely because the other conferences aren't just going to let them take their ball and go home without some sort of retribution. If they want to control the playoff entirely on their own, they have to kill the ACC so they can muster enough votes to overcome the Big XVI and G5. Until then, they should play nice with the other two power conferences.

I don't think this is likely to happen, but once the current playoff contract is done (which is only a couple of years down the road) there's nothing actually preventing the Big Ten and SEC from just going off and making their own playoff separate from the rest of FBS. The NCAA certainly won't stop them; they've always been pretty emphatic that the college football postseason is none of their business, beyond who's eligible to participate.

Hernandez had a fight swept under the rug at one time. The pounceys had some run ins. Others had some drug stuff. But like the Hernandez murder stuff was after UF. I think he was suspected in a possible attempted shooting either in Connecticut or in Gainesville but I don’t remember directly.
