I think there was another guy that tried to sue the US government over being drone-struck, and he had to survive a second drone striking while the case was going through the courts

And now it is one and a half years, and we do not only defend ourselves but also liberate our territory," Zelenskyy's adviser said. "It seems to me that we are close to victory," he added.
