the weird thing was that i've been on the max dose for months now and i take my dose on saturday morning, which means nausea is the worst it'll be on sunday morning (and it generally hasnt been bad) then boom, out of nowhere, two days of extreme GI nonsense in the middle of the week  seems fine now, but lordy that was an unpleasant time

I get nausea for about 5 days which was too much when weekly but spose if only monthly I can deal with it and prevent those kilos

I couldn't either until he explained it to me. Imagine this: you're retired. You wake up at 8 am and dick around on some project or whatever till noon. You worked hard on your yard/car/wood project so you drink a beer for lunch. Then roughly every 90 minutes for the rest of the day you drink another beer.
