I like that they’re going back to modular kits with lots of options rather than the complex but ultimately monopose kits they’ve been doing more of Edit: terminator chaplain seems kinda weirdly static, not a big fan

Primaris Command Squad is a surprise actually! Nice figures and some cool reminders of the 3rd(?) ed kit. Reminds me that I hope they do a stand-alone Judiciar. E: And scouts, no longer with cube heads.

Well, as a Raven Guard collector I got almost everything I wanted, even the thing I was sure I wasn't going to get (scouts). Also, hey, five man jump pack squads, not three-man. That's very nice of you, GW. Also, another terminator captain? I guess they don't want people with termie captains to be locked into the scenic standing-on-a-screamer-killer-head base. Very surprised to see no assault terminators. GW's hesitance to give primaris marines other than Kayvaan Shrike access to lightning claws continues apace. I'm starting to think this is a branding issue; they may want to keep claws associated with chaos marines, and keep non-chaos marines wielding cleaner and healthier looking weapons. Kind of unsurprised to see no new infernus multipart kit, as much as I was predicting otherwise. It's a weird troops choice. Like the new jump packs, though yeah they'd look better if they went further over the shoulder. I spent so long terrified the new jump packs would just look like the things the Suppressors are wearing that these are fine by comparison. Disappointed the jump pack captain can't take a thunder hammer. Am not a fan of the new Mark III helmets.
